Hey,
I'm experiencing problems with cylindrical QTVR files (.mov), the Flash Panoramas player displays it this way:

http://test.edulabs.eu/screen_shot.jpg

While the XML looks like this:

<?xml version = '1.0'?>
<panorama>

<parameters>

layer_10 = files/glassMeter.swf
layer_1 = files/fps.swf
layer_3 = files/limits.swf
layer_6 = files/cylConverter.swf
layer_7 = files/movDecoder.swf
layer_8 = files/menuFullscreen.swf

panoType = mov
panoName = images/my

segments = 25

loaderStreamed = 1
loaderBandwidth = 50

loaderText=

</parameters>

</panorama>

Perhaps there is a convenient way to convert cylidrical to cubic QTVRs..
I would appreciate any help, thanks.

Use "layer_6 = movDecoder.swf" rather than "layer_6 = files/cylConverter.swf"

movDecoder.swf converts is supposed to convert from .mov while the cylConverter.swf converts from a cylindrical .jpg images

You will have to put the movDecoder.swf plugin in the project folder for it to work of course.

If the movDecoder can not convert the cylindrical .mov to a viewable FPP output, you might want to convert the .mov file to a cylindrical .jpg file.

You should be able to convert the qtvr file to a cylindrical image (.jpg) and using the cylinder (jpg) image, you will have no problems displaying it in FPP.

What stitching software do you use?
If you have Realviz Stitcher Unlimited, the transition to a cylindrical jpg image is easy to do. I don't know if other stitchers are any different on that front.
