pano from photoshop cs3 single image

The stitching in Photoshop has become quite good with Photoshop CS3. I'm new here and was wondering if I could create a pano from a single image. I'm thinking of a single horizontal image that has been stiched in PS3. I just downloaded the software and I'm a little stuck. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Yes, the cylindrical Photoshop images can be used.

If you want to get started easily, visit www.flashificator.com read the instructions, download and install as described (if you have a PC, since the Mac issue has not been fixed yet)... and you will be a mile ahead of yourself as a newbie.
