Newbie: My first attempt won't load

Just tried my first attempt. I have uploaded a new player 9.
I can open the panO.swf (with name matching the .jpgs, ect in its own folder.
The image will open but then I get a message saying loading failed.
Any suggestions?

should be
pano.swf
If using cube faces for photos then
the names of the faces need to be
pano_l.jpg
pano_r.jpg
pano_f.jpg
pano_b.jpg
pano_u.jpg
pano_d.jpg

Some software will name the cubes left, right etc...
You have to have the right extension on each photo.
Then in the folder put the pano.swf and try again.
Look over the tutorials they are very good.
