Lens Flare Plugin ("smart hotspot")

Hey there:

Fellow FPP enthusiast Chen Luo has created a handful of cool Lens Flare plugins ("smart hotspots") for everyone to use. Included are example SWFs, XML files, and the source FLA files.

Hi Chen.

Your lensflares have been modified so that they can be used in Flashificator, and we'll provide them as a part of the package. Your name appears in the lensflare toolbox as seen below. I would like to know if you have a website you would like to have on display there as well?

This contribution acknowledgment will also be implemented for dashboard buttons, plugins of other nature etc.
