Can't get borders plugin to work

I have not had any luck in getting the borders.swf plugin to work. I have placed the borders.swf file in the same directory as everything else and put the additional lines into the xml file, but no limits are placed on pan/tilt. Below is my xml code. (the hotspot links are just dummy placeholders right now) Any recommendations on getting it working?

i have a vague recollection that the tilt values need be between -40 and 40. do they not?

They do seem to be working at that site, but even after changing the limit to 35 they still don't work for me.

:P Got it working. I put images in an images folder and files outside of the html and xml in a files folder, edited the xml to give the correct paths and it started working. Maybe it doesn't like having everything dumped into one messy folder?
