customizing openFullscreen.swf

I wanted to change the look of the fullscreen/close buttons, so I opened the .fla and changed the look of the buttons, saved and published the document and replaced the swf on the server. And yet the orange buttons are still showing up. What am I missing? And is there an easier way to change those buttons?

You can best design your own buttons (.png/.swf/.gif) and place them in your panorama inside a spot object. Use the menuFullscreen.swf plugin and add a spot that contains:

...and...
onClick="fullscreen(-);"
