Pano's won't display as the should

I seem to have som problems creating the pano.
It works, but either 1 out of 6 images is shown distorted (the back one) or all images are turned so the don't connect right.

I've got to samples:

The only difference is de auto-rotated in the xml file.
They use the same source-files, but don't give the same result. Both are flawed.

Could someone help me with this?

It's simple. One of your images is smaller then others (600x600 instead of 781x781). All images should be the same size for correct representation.
