QTVR-Panorama - cannot see the low preview

Hi everyone,

I've created some panoramas, everything is fine, but now I wanna get something like above. I've used Pano2VR to do a .mov-images (with preview grayscale etc.), then I used FPP and this settings in xml:

Everything is okay, but the loading (testing local) is awesome slow and i cannot see the blackwhite-preview of the picture (1080.mov). The panorama is loading a long time (some seconds) and i can see popup the parts of the images, but they are only "from top-to-bottom"-parts, not this funny little squares like above. I also cannot move within the panorama.

It's is loading and if it's finally there, I can do all mouse-actions i want.

Can someone tell me, how to get something like the bathroom-exsample above?
