Can someone give me the basic xml setup to run the flvplayer.swf. I have been able to put a virtual tour together but I cant figure out how to get the flvplayer to work. Any help would be appreciated and you can see the tour I am working on here.

you can find examples for the flvplayer code buried in the hotspots tutorial, try doing a search for flv in there to find them.
basically, you just create your box/spot and for the url value you add a path to your flvPlayer.swf file, and to your flv video. Here's an example of that from the tutorial under Box object ...
<box id="video" url="files/flvPlayer.swf?file=../flv/myVideo.flv" pan="10" refreshRate="20" />

Hi Derek, your FPP are really sharp, what do you feed into FPP to output the final pano? A equirectangular image? May i know the size/ pixel?

Not relevant to the original question but you seriously need to get your sensor cleaned I'm afraid.
