glassMeter problems

Hi,

I have been trying out glassMeter and cannot get it to work. It will not display as expected when a pano loads.
If there is an error on loading a pano, however, the glassMeter will appear with the appropriate error message.
My parameters are:

loaderText=
layer_1 = plugins/hotspots.swf
layer_2 = plugins/autorotator.swf
layer_3 = plugins/fps.swf
layer_4 = plugins/glassMeter.swf
layer_5 = plugins/menuFullscreen.swf

I've tried with and without the loaderText line ... the accompanying text file for glassMeter suggests the use of loaderText but other examples I have seen don't have it.
I've also tried re publishing in Flash 9.
All versions will run directly in Flash Player OK.
Has anyone else had this problem?

glassMeter has a pause before appearance (about 3 seconds, to avoid blinking if your pano is already in browser's cache).

You can remove this pause in glassMeter.fla source commenting this line:
meter.alpha=-1;

Or try slower server for your images. :)

Hhm, not sure if anyone reads this as the thread is a little older...

Anyway: Since I don't have Flash software (only the player :-), I cannot modify the glassMeter.fla myself, can I? (I can't do this in a simple text editor or something, right?) But maybe someone (Denis?) could do this and make the "fixed" glassMeter.swf reachable for download? That would be so absolutely supernice! I'd really love to use the glassMeter, but as long as it has this pause in the beginning, it's of no use for me :-(
