Loading Failed

I am trying to do the simple tutorial. I am using the 'nature' files from the example folder. These were copied to and new folder. these have the correct naming format, so I copied pano.swf into the same folder. In the tutorial, it says to just double click the file and 'ta da!'. All I get is a 'loading failed' message. OMG.
