need pano's from 260 feet / 80 meters up.

Hi, is there anyone who is experienced in taking pano's from about 260 feet (80 meters) above ground?

I need to find someone who can take the shots with me or for me in the Netherlands.
Or someone who is willing to teach me thoroughly how to do this.

I make stuff like this by using a heliumballoon and remote controlled camera-equipment. It's quite a job to stitch the images and you need stable weatherconditions. But, it's quite a nice job to make aerials like this!
