hotspot scale when zooming

Is it possible to "scale" hotspots (swf files) within the viewer when viewing, by this I mean non static hotspots, those that move with the image when panning, so that they remain the same size relative to the screen at all times, i.e. if you zoom in they do not enlarge or vice versa do not reduce when zooming out

Perhaps you are talking about "scaleable" parameter. It is "0" for static hotspots and it is "1" for non-static hotspots. You can change it manually for non-static hotspots:
