Very interesting :) But in my advice it will more interesting with some informations hotspot to understand this project. And also some panoramas inside house and house's garden.
I saw a Flash web site very nice (without panorama) for inspiration, here:

For 3D rendering: did you know the software Vue d'Esprit? Have a look in Vue's gallery! It's a very easy software with a very nice rendering, and you have so many plants ready to use. Adding plants gives a good feeling when you have so many buildings.

Here I use a panorama as a site menu. The picture isn't a real panorama shoot but a simple photo mirored with some retouch in photoshop.
Under the panorama, the site will be in PHP for dynamical items gestion. It's a work in progress.
