I'm brand new to Flash Panoramas, but got things working pretty quickly.
Panos load, auto-rotate, etc. nicely from the local hard drive. BUT over the panos I see this in white letters: loading: failed.
Will do a test from the server now to see if that behavior continues.
Explanations, suggestions appreciated.
Its difficult to tell what is going on without seeing the files but make sure you have named the cube faces correctly, including any preview faces if you are using them. The problem might be that one of the cube faces isn't loading, hence the message. For example, out of habit I often name the top face with _t instead of _u. Also check the paths are correct.
Hope this helps,
Neil

Just starting with FPP too. And finding the debugging support rather sparse.
Strange to see "loading failed" when you are seeing, right in front of you, an operational panorama.
Oh but wait -- spin around the full 360 degrees and Up and Down. I got the same message but discovered the cause was a mis-named cube face that wasn't in view when the pano loaded.
If possible, more granular error reporting would be very helpful. Such as "loading failed trying to load cube face "pano_t.jpg"
If you saw THAT, you might have a chance guessing what the problem was.
