since I've already purchased the flash panorma player (which is an outstandingly good product, by the way :-) this is of no benefit for me personally, but maybe it's interesting for you and future customers?
There is a thing called "TrialPay" (www.trailpay.com). I've just learnt this service exists a few days ago when I got a photo software really cheap this way. I don't know if this for you as the software vendor is a good deal, but maybe it is worth a look for you? The effect for customers is that they have to pay less for your software (they buy something at a TrialPay partner which can be chaper than the software price and get the software "for free") while you as the vendor get paid by TrialPay. I am sure you would sell more of your players if the product was cheaper. So if you like check TrialPay out and dicide whether it's a good deal for you or not.
First I didn't believe it would work (since on the internet it's unusual that a "get something for less money than normal" seldomly comes true, but it really worked wonderfully. The product I bought this way is from www.picajet.com, so you can also have a look how the whole thing works practically if you like.
