Here are a few panoramas from Minnesota (north central USA) which I originally had as quicktime only, and recently added the Flash versions.

Be sure to select the Flash Viewer from the combo box at the lower left.

Thanks for looking! Any feedback is welcome.

Hi Bob, nice work.

Some ideas for usability:
I think the fact that you had to tell us to click the drop down shows it's not obvious enough. There seems to be too many clicks/options to get the tour open and the files are rather large. Mine would be at least half your file sizes.
Personally I don't bother offering QT now, Flash is so much more available and by launching straight into the first tour and putting the thumbnails in the tour itself you've made the whole thing easier.

That's just my opinion and the way I am moving with my work. I recommend sending the link to 30 friends of mixed ability, giving them no instructions and asking them to give you feedback. I did it recently and it changed the way I look at these tours, we assume everyone will understand them but they need to as simple as possible with as few options as you can offer.

Hope that helps rather than discourages :-(

Hi Adrian.
Would you mind sharing some of the feedback you got from your friends?
I too have experienced that you really have to focus on userfriendliness and to make it as easy to understand as possible. It is essential to keep peoples interest.

Best regards
