What is menuFullscreen.swf

What is menuFullscreen.swf and why would FPP folk use it and not FFC folk?

As I understand, it will add possibility to go fullscreen from context menu under rightclick. I don't think, many of so called "ordinary visitors" will ever look there and use this.
You can test by yourself. Put it to new layer in xml and see what happens. There is no additional code needed.
I never use it.
