first of all, thanks.

Quicktime. DevalVR and Shockwave are great to view panoramas, but we really need flash to reach a large audience I think.

I have a modified qtparser script running on my site, I can now show Quicktime with your Flash player...

To me it seems that the pan, tilt and zoom are set, after the cubefaces are loaded, and they are not set, if the user during loading already tries to rotate the pano.

Could they already be set during loading ???

Is there a way to adjust the autorotate speed ??

Yes. You can find answers in the Flash Panorama Player tutorial.
Format of parameters for autorotator plugin is discribed in /plugins/autorotator.txt file of the Flash Panorama Player package.

Starting position is set after loading to make the preloader text visible for user.
It is possible to create other scheme using hotspots (http://flashpanoramas.com/blog/2006/12/14/hotspots-plugin-for-flash-panorama-player/ ): load empty panorama (or low-quality preview) -> load hotspots -> set position with hotspot -> load target panorama (hotspots renderer draws loader text centered independently of panorama position).

I will make an example how to create low-quality preview really soon.
