i have a full site and tried loading the pano into a movie clip but it did not work for me... pls advise...

it seems you can load FPP only in an AS3 application, cause AS2 cannot load AS3.

how would one do this... i started reading the specs on what AS 3.0 can do but i cannot seem to find any info on how to actually get down and dirty with AS 3

Yes, current version can't be loaded inside an other movie, you should wait for the next version (this month).
