Nice job, here are my remarks:

-initial zoom is set too far, the distortion is too important
-you have to improve your skills on zenith/nadir patching
-sometimes the carpet is really dirty (green room), maybe your client will be happier with a "photoshop cleaned" carpet ;)
-your menu is hidden!! i tooks me few seconds to detect the button to click

Hello,

Here's what experiences with customers have showed to me:

Customers almost everytime have never seen a virtual tour, they don't know even that they have to click in it to look around.

So you have to do everything possible to make an user-friendly interface.

Here in your example, your menu comes out with a black button on a dark area, so it's hard to see it.

And in addition to that, it's written vertically...

So if you deal with customers, you better do something more simple.

If not, do whatever you want ;)
