Everything is fine, all my panos are working but I have been trying to get all my html pages to use just 1 XML but this does not work. Say I have... 4 panos each in a folder pano1, pano2, pano3 and pano4. Then I have a folder called 'files' with all the 'common' files. My panos work fine when I put an xml file in each pano folder but when I try to put a 'common' xml file in the 'files' folder (yes I changed the path in the html to ../files/common.xml) the pano will load but not the xml?? Hmm... what am I doing wrong...??

from your description, it sounds like the folders pano1, pano2 etc are sitting next to files. If this is so, the the path to the xml is NOT ../files/common.xml, it would be files/common.xml
If this isn't right, we really need more information about your directory structure.

Thanks for your input. My file structure is, a folder called "project" which has a 'main' file (which does not contain any panoramas just a flash movie where you can clicked links to the panorama files). Inside project I have folders 'files' 'pano1' 'pano2' 'pano3' and 'pano4' inside 'files' I have all my "common" files (autorotator, ect.) then in each 'pano#' folder I have the .jpgs, the FlashPlayer .swf and an .xml. If... I run the tour from panorama 1 and navigate with the map on panorama 1 and go directly to panorama 2, the .xml file from panorama 1 stays with the tour... however... since the .xml is the same for all tours... I would like to just put 1 .xml in the 'files' folder and access it by ../files/tour.xml but... no go... hmmm... (because I also have links from the 'main' page). Too confusing?? ha ha... sorry, but if someone has a clue or a tip, let me know, Thanks.

Can you post a link to the non-working tour with the xml in the central location?
With a link, I can see if the browser is trying to load the xml but can't find it (paths problem) or if it is a problem in FPP, as our set up is not the set up I usually see, and so it could be a problem in FPP.

Thanks for your input zleifr. I solved the problem (if it was solved or not I don't know, but got it to work), by just putting all the tours in one folder. Not as "organized" as I like but in a way just easier. So now, one folder with all the pics and one .xml = works.

Umm... umm... I don't like "Not as 'organized' as I like," since I like to "organize" things.
Umm... problems with relative paths?? There certainly should be a way to do this!
