I'm using Nikon D70 with 18mm lens , that means I have to shot more than 20 pictures to get a 360x180 panorama
The problem is the exposure of each photo is not the same to others , so how to handle it (by setting camera) to decrease the difference of exposure .
Thank you so much !!

Ps : I also need some suggestion and-or tutorial of stitching and making cube-panorama .

Thanks !!

Hey there:

You should lock your exposure, so that each image is shot at the same exposure as all the others. If you need to, you can shoot bracketed exposures at each stop, then stitch and blend them later to achieve a more uniform exposure, or to "paint in" blown out windows, etc.

Your stitching software should have a tutorial available, but you can find several at Karl Harrison's site ( http://www.chem.ox.ac.uk/oxfordtour/tutorial/ ).

Also, the IVRPA forums (http://ivrpa.org/) are a good place to ask questions.

Cheers,

Oh yes, manual exposure and fixed white balance while shooting raw format.
Conversion with a good raw converter correcting CA and vignetting to 16bit tif.
And now you can start stitching.

Rosauro has also some good tutorials:

All to Manual!

Auto focus? off
Auto white balance? off
Auto exposure? off
Auto ISO? off

If bracketing, and you have control over this: vary the exposure time ("shutter speed"), not the aperture (f/stop).
