Webkit, Mac: Everything works OK.

1. This obviously depends on your display size, but I found the images to be a little small for the swf/window size you operate with, i.e. full. The resolution is too low and the quality of your panos is lost. I'd add som bytes to the file size for a better showcase.

2. There are some misalignments in the menu (especially around 5500). In a grid like that, it's crucial that things are pixel perfect, becuase just a single pixel off becomes very noticeable.

3. Extend the active button for the menu close all the way to the right.

4. Maybe close the menu upon choosing a new pano? The next action is always viewing the scene and the menu is easily called back on a quick mouseover.

Looks great!

In Safari 3.x, Mac OS X 10.4.10 & Debug Flash Player: It seems that the hotspots at left side are still there, even though they're invisible. I kept accidentally clicking and loading new panoramas.

Rather than just setting the alpha/visibility, I suggest _moving_ the hotspots out of the way.

Cheers,

Hi Valery,

I can still click on the hotspots along the left, even though they can't be seen. You settings you must have are: alpha="0" visible="1". You need to set it to visible="0" also, and then no one can click on them. Also, you can greatly shorten you xml by moving the hideSpots function into the global tag, and removing it from each of the spot tags.

Nice Tour!

The first one "un concert" is not loading a pano.
I just get a black window with the menu.

Safari on MacBook Pro, Flash 9.0.115.0

Same problem for me, except the window is red. Must be the size of the image exceeding what Flash allows.

so what is the ideal size of the photo? my jpg in cube projection is 1250 x 1250 pixels per face, so 1250 x 7500 in total. It's too big ?

Here is the post from Denis regarding the file size in MB affecting the Flash limit:

http://flashpanoramas.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3871#post3871
Problem starts from 32MB images. Say, 1360x8160 is 31.75MB (works OK), 1400x8400 is 33.65MB (bigger than 32MB), 3600x3600 is 37MB.

According to the calculations, your size should be within the acceptable limits.

The max acceptable length is 8191 pixels.

Are you sure of the size?
