I am pretty sure that Damir (www.iosvr.com) knows exactly how to do this. Drop him a line through PM in his www.iosvr.com/forums and he will let you know I am sure!

There was a different way to do things, as outlined here:
http://flashificator.com/forums/view...p=10032#p10032

.... and as seen here: http://www.facebook.com/Flashificato...90322544333196

Hopefully this will help.

Hi Trausti,

Thank you for your reply. However, I was not asking for embedding the pano into a separate page tab but to be able to embed and play the pano when shared on wall (like YouTube videos).

I found out that the Krpano technology allows this (check www.facebook.com/360cities). I've tried to use the URL parameter "pano=..." to iclude the path to XML file in the URL. Obviously, the parameter ?s not supported by FPP.

So the question is - does FPP provide an option to load XML file via URL like Krpano does with this "pano" parameter?

Everything else is sorted, you can check the HTML code and OG parameters of http://hdrpanos.pano3d.eu/.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much for your effort.

Cheers,
Peter

I will ask Proggy to have a look at this ... he is not in today, but should have time for this tomorrow hopefully.

Just got back to Lima after a few days away with my family... Proggy tells me that this requires a new plugin, and he is going to make it. After that it should be a click and go to publish the panos on FB.

I look forward to this becoming reality.

Thank you for bringing it up.

Am back to work after 6-7 weeks being mostly away, devoting all my time to my daughter who came to visit me after 11 years without seeing her.

Proggy is still working on the FB publishing feature, he tried a couple of approaches, but had to give up on those. The one he is working on now should be successful, but it is a solution that is incorporated in Flashificator. I am however pretty sure that hand coders can take advantage of the solution once it is ready.
