Default Chrome version 21.xxxxx is broken

The current latest version of Chrome (released today), messes up the Flash security settings. The local Global Security settings are disabled, and we are taken to the old macromedia website where settings should be accessible, but it is not possible to select folders or drives, only individual swf and flv files. Every such files in a project need to be selected for a project to display, and even so, video files (and probably other things using swf's) will not work locally, while things will work online.

This is bad news for hand coders who rely on the (Chrome) browser as their working environment, while Flashificator users are not as badly affected, since the development takes place in the Flashificator AIR container environment, but equally affected for local viewing in a browser.

I have reported this to the Chrome team, and hope they will get a fixed version out soon.

This seems only to be a problem for Chrome browsers installed on Windows 7 machines (including Win 7 running on Mac hardware). I have tested OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) on iMac and MacBook Air, and there were no problems.
