![]() Hello everyone.
I am about to have a meeting with a local golf course. I would like some inspiration from anyone who have ever done a tour of a golf course. I found a few links searching the forum, but there must be other members of this forum that have had golf courses as clients? Regards Morten

![]() Definitely try for high shots.. 30+ feet up.. Lower shots don't really provide the needed perspective.

But what I am really after is more how people have approached the job. How is the tour build, which features, what is photographed etc. Regards Morten

![]() Hi WideEyes,
I did a golf VR last summer. It's at ground level but should give you some ideas. It wasn't published using FPP as I'm still trying to get my head around the code stuff, lol. You can see the VR at www.events-digital.com/golf/golfvr.html Regards, Wayne. |

![]() Hi Wayne
That's very cool. I like how you have used the golf player as a part of the tour ![]() How did you do the arrow inside the pictures? Is it just done in PS? Regards Morten

![]() Hi Morten,
I changed the equirectangular image to cube faces and drew the ball's flight path using PS. I decided to have a golfer present as I think it adds that little bit extra to the scene. After all, if there wasn't a golfer and a direction path then all we would have is a pano of a field ![]() Cheers, Wayne. |
