Default Hotspot that calls a frame

Hi,

I'm planning a new project where the whole virtual tour will be embedded in a already existing website.

My question is, if it's possible to create a spot that can change some frame from the web in order to click on the pano, and obtain the info in the wesite part, without having to reload the full site...

So I think the question if it's possible to openUrl in a destination which is a frame from the same web where the project is embedded...

It would be something like the Anna character from Ikea... where you can ask for some info and Anna gives you the info in a frame inside the web..you can chek in this link , and ask her for sofas (for example)
thanks in advance

Default testing the bot :)

Well, first I asked her if she new the capital of Burundi. Naturally, she didn't have the faintest idea of it. Next, I tried to get a discount on sofas if I ordered a couple of them, but she again answered in general.
It isn't easy an easy task to implement a useful bot.

"She" gives more clear answers than many humans in "her" position do. When I asked her out on a date, "she" became very modest and explained that "she" didn't wan't to talk about "herself".

I like that in a woman ... but not in a bot

Jordi,

You simply need to use javascript. To see how to execute javascript from FPP check the tutorials for an example. I think Denis' blog may have another example.

The javascript function will be part of the web page that also holds you pano. As for the specific function Google something like "javascript replace text"

Hope that helps.

Scott is right it is done with a javascript function

you use a div set.

and it goes some think like this

<div id="text"> text with change in here <div>

and then there is a java script action that sets the text.

text = ' your text in there '

or some thing like that

and to make the main page change with the pop up.
you give the page frame a name, say "mainpage" and then add _mainpage to the end of you link as you would for it to open _top or _new or _self
