Cool Flash CS3 Simple Help please

I use SwishMax for my flash Applications and it sure seems a whole lot simpler and intuitive than CS3... but Anyways... I downloaded CS3, have 30 days to whip up my own "glassmeter"'s. I did it not problem (didn't touch any of the code just changed the background picture) BUT... here is the problem... it is "Off Center". The graphic I imported was slightly bigger than the grey button plus I positioned it a little lower left. So, the "crosshair" center of the movie clip is slightly upper right and when this loads during the loading of the panorama... it's off center. In SwishMax it's easy enough... you just click the alignment of the movieclip on the little mappy thing but I cannot figure out how to 're-center' the crosshair of the Movie Clip in CS3?? please help... I've searched google up and down... went through all the menu's... but it won't move. I can movie the white circle around but not the crosshair... help please to re-center the Movie Clip. See attached snaps.

Default Solved... sorta

Well I "solved" it myself... not really "solved" but work around... I just created my image 'around' the center point of the Movie Clip. Must have searched 6 hours trying to find out how to "center the point of the movie clip" for flash... but no go... so, just work around it.

Default

Its called the registration point of a movieclip. Select the movieclip (in this case the Meter movieclip on the main stage). Get the free transform tool. Select the movieclip and move the little circle with the cross in it, to the Centre, It should automatically snap.
