Question Simple mp3 background music

Hi all,
I have looked around for just the simple plug-in to add an mp3 background music loop, and I just can't find it here. I see there is a page for the "mp3 player and online radio" but I believe that is more than I need for just background music or a sound loop. Does anyone have a link to the simple plug-in as well as a sample .xml file? Sorry if this is too basic of a question, and thanks in advance for your help

Thumbs up

actually, the plugins on "mp3 player and online radio" are exactly what you need. you don't have to use the extra features in either plugin, they're just there if you want them, but either plugin will loop your mp3 in the background for you.

Thanks for the reply, I will go back and try to understand more of what I am looking at. Is there an .xml example on that page, that shows just background sound, or did I miss that as well. Once again thanks for the time.

the mp3hotspot would be the one to use since it has no interface to it.

All you would have to do, is set it up like you would any other hotspot...

<spot id="mp3ID" url="url/path/to/mp3hotspot.swf" file="url/path/to/mp3file.mp3" repeat="1000" />

you can use any number for repeat, if it's a short file, and a large pano project, you may want to use a larger number.

If you want simplicity, you would be well off using Flashificator (sorry for spamming you with the facts )

Here you can see 3 different examples of mp3 functionality.

http://flashificator.com/1/mp3example1/
http://flashificator.com/1/mp3example2/
http://flashificator.com/1/mp3example3/

The first one is just mp3 hotspot,autostart enabled with background music (set to repeat 2 times) and directional sound is set at 100°

Second example is the same mp3 hotspot,autostart enabled with play/pause/stop control buttons and directional sound is set at 180° (equally set to repeat 2 times).

Third one is the FFC mp3 plugin, autostart enabled and full control of the song(s) is in the hands of the end user (loops endlessly with the current settings)

The xml for the first one (simplest) is here: http://flashificator.com/1/mp3exampl...p3example1.xml
