tooltips problem

hi, i am using tooltips in my virtual tour, i have a buttom which sits at the very bottom of the screen. if i enable tooltips for that button, it goes below the screen limit, and my button starts misbehaving (it starts flickering and i can't click it)

is it possible to move the position of the tooltip to above the cursor when the buttons are at the bottom of the screen?

if so can you please tell me how to do it in the xml?
