Default Global parameters doesn?t work if ExternalInterfaceID is present

ok... i`ve got everything working fine... but anything work when i add the ExternalInterfaceID parameter in the xml like this:
Code:
<global
 ExternalInterfaceID="myid">
what happends is that my functions i wrote in <global> stop working... for example:
Code:
<global
 ExternalInterfaceID="myid"

           cerrar="
	   infoce.staticx=-520,600;
	   cerrarinfo.visible=0;
	   cerrarinfo.alpha=0;
	   cerrarayuda.visible=0;
	   infoayuda.staticY=-650,500;
	   ocultaspots()
	   cierray();"

   onEnterFullscreen="enter.visible=0;exit.visible=1;mp3.visible=0;cierrapanel();"
	   onExitFullscreen="enter.visible=1;exit.visible=0;mp3.visible=1"
>
cerrar() doesn`t works!
but the parameters for full screen works fine and they are in <global>.

is it a bug?
is there any solution?
I?m developing an external map for navigate the panoramas but if i include the externalinterfaceID, all the other functionalities inside the panorama, stop working....
If i remove ExternalInterfaceID="myid" everything works fine again.

Please!!! i need help! this is very important for me!! all my site is created arround the map and the functionalities inside the pano!!!!

thanks!

Sounds like an xml parsing problem to me; why don't you try moving things around:

For example put ExternalInterfaceID="myid" at the end of the <global> section. Or cerrar="..." after onEnterFullscreen

You might also try setting the externalInterface ID with the onLoad function in global onLoad="ExternalInterfaceID=myid" or with onStart.

You might try putting cerrar() in a spot and calling it like this onClick="spot.cerrar()" (inconvenient, I know, but if it works...)

And finally, install the flash debug player and see what the flashlog.txt says. Or post a link, and someone here who has the flash debug player and knows where to find flashlog.txt (myself) can tell you what it says.

I am guessing that doing one of the above items will give you the clue to what is wrong.
