Is it possible to load by an hotspot an external swf?
Is it possible to load by an hotspot an external swf?
I mean: i click an hotspot in the pano and this one opens me an swf file out of the pano, not embed, another flashplayer window.

You should be able to use something like the below on your hotspot. The default action is to open new URLs in a new window (ie, "_blank").
